This was my second visit to El Colibrí and it did not disappoint
The grounds, the food, and, above all, the staff are beyond excellent. Everyone went far to ensure that my stay was perfect and I can not be more grateful. In particular I wish to thank Augusto, Carlos, Sofía, and Sebastián: really great people. Córdoba is a magical place and El Colibrí is no exception.
Truly unique and hard to find again.
A lovely property, huge estancia with great scenery and wildlife including many horses, alpacas, sheep, … but the best is the team! In particular I need to mention Sofia, Léo and Carlos. So warm and authentic – we will come back for sure.
El Colibri is an amazing residence
This was the 3rd time in 2 years that I visited (family and as a couple) and I HARDLY EVER repeat destinations. The staff makes the difference, everyone makes you feel at home at all times. It’s pure joy, relax and pleasurable experiences from the moment we arrive until when we leave. I will definitely return as my daughter is a big fan and so am I.

An impromptu stop at the end of the stay turns into an extremely pleasant break thanks to a unique team and place. The estate, the building, the room are exceptional. The staff is expert, very attentive, pleasant while remaining discreet and never intrusive.
We had the most amazing stay at Estancia El Colibri.
From the pick-up to the drop-off everything was top notch. The staff is so warm, welcoming, and personal – especially Sofia, Franco, Carlito, Leo, and Hernan. These people go above and beyond! Our room was incredible, the meals were incredible, and being able to ride some of the best horses I have ever ridden was a dream come true. The grounds and the farm are so beautiful, and they make the experience that much better. We will never forget our time here.

Highly recommended!!! We went for the first time in February 2023 and since then we have been going once a year. We hope to continue this lovely family tradition next year !
This is the fourth consecutive year that we have been going with the family.
And each time we have a better experience. The quality of the food, the beautiful places we visit on horseback, the experience of the farm, the warmth of each of the people who assist us, all contribute, among other things, to the fact that we want to return every year.

We went for one night with my husband. The attention of the people who work at the ranch is really exceptional! Always attentive to our needs. They didn’t say no to anything. Everything was done to satisfy our needs. From the masseuse to Carlitos !
Everything was great.
We booked La Maison for our 40th wedding anniversary with our sons, daughters-in-law and grandchildren and we had a great time.
