In 2005, Raoul and Stéphanie Fenestraz fulfilled one of their dreams by inaugurating the first rural palace in Argentina – Estancia El Colibrí Relais & Châteaux – marking the start of a bold family adventure in South America.
Over the past 20 years, “El Colibrí” has become a true institution in Córdoba, an estancia embodying the art of hospitality, attention to detail and an immersive experience of the gaucho culture of the heart of Argentina.
