How long should you stay at our Estancia of Córdoba?
To live the full Estancia experience, fully relax and enjoy our many on-site activities, we recommend that you stay a minimum of 3 nights at our estancia in Cordoba.
From 3 nights, several additional activities are included, such as our half-day cooking program, an Argentinean wine tasting in our wine cellar and our delicious complete asado prepared by our Chef.
By staying 3 nights or more at the Estancia, you will be able to enjoy our complete gastronomic offer – with exclusive lunches in our organic garden, or by Santa Catalina River, as well as our famous Argentinean asado – discover our organic farm and orchards with their ecotourism activities, or practice sports activities such as horseback riding, hiking or mountain biking.
You can also take the time to relax – in our Spa or by the pool – and reconnect with nature, observing the hundreds of birds living around the estancia and the magnificent sunsets over the Sierras de Córdoba.

Gastronomy
In our restaurant La Table ‘El Colibri, each dish is made with products harvested from our organic vegetable garden, or from our fruit trees. Our local products add a unique touch to each creation. From bread to pasta, our dishes are 100% homemade.
For dinners, we offer a gourmet menu with traditional dishes or our famous Argentinian barbecue. A few years ago, the Argentinian magazine Lugares declared it the best Argentine barbecue.
For lunches, depending on the season, the chef prepares the dishes directly in the garden in front of you, always using products grown on our farm or vegetable patch. Imagine having a family lunch while admiring the Sierras de Córdoba or at the Club House after watching a Polo match.

La Maison – R&C Villa
La Maison, our Relais & Châteaux villa, was for many years the family home of our owners, Raoul and Stéphanie Fenestraz.
Hosting up to 12 guests in its 5 rooms, this 600m² house is located a few steps away from Estancia El Colibri and offers all the comfort of a modern residence in the Argentinean countryside, with panoramic views of the Santa Catalina River.

Relax and unwind in our spa and enjoy the benefits of the sauna and steam room. Immerse yourself in the swimming pool and enjoy the view of the Sierras de Córdoba.
Fitness
Estancia El Colibri has a fitness room with modern equipment, so you can relax and stay fit during your vacation. Our equipment includes weights, treadmills, static bikes. If you are a yogi, do not hesitate to use our inflatable ball outside the room.
Sports tourism
Register for our sporting activities: mountain biking, trekking, hiking, and discover the 170 hectares of Estancia.
Even the little ones can enjoy horse riding and if you wish to go on bike rides we have all the necessary equipment, including baby seats;
