Get ready for a day of unique hunting ! From 8am, you will set off across the fields with your assistant, who will look after the ammunition. All year round, the Córdoba region is considered by specialists as the best region in the world for turtledove hunting, with an estimated population of 32 million birds ! The hunting party is treated to a gaucho lunch before taking a nap in a hammock. The hunt continues just until dusk. For dinner, your hunt can be prepared by our La Table du Colibri chef.
